We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Associate / Customer Care Representative to manage essential administrative tasks, communicate with clients, and maintain accurate records. This is a part-time, on-site role with potential for growth into a full-time position. The successful candidate is a proactive, friendly individual who values clear communication and accuracy. Duties

• Calling clients to request and follow up on reviews, supporting our commitment to service excellence
• Data entry and record management to ensure accuracy and reliability of office information
• Organizing, filing, and managing office documentation to keep our operations streamlined and efficient

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
